You might want to experiment on your meal time. Make your meal time one hour ahead than usual and see if you are still snoring or not. Only by making this change, you will gain improvement not only to your quality of sleep, but also the person sleeping next to you.
Snacks are a great companion for watching nighttime television. Consuming potato chips, popcorns and the like can surely make watching television shows more entertaining. Choosing your snacks wisely could help you to have a better and sounder sleep.
